The Humble Diet Maximum Wellness Program is a complete diet and exercise program that when added into your lifestyle you will experience abundant health, well-being and vitality!

A simple, doable, and enjoyable eating system based on the principle of ensuring your body receives all the daily nutrients it requires: nothing more ~ nothing less.

Why should I listen to You?

Hello, I am Martyn Park, you can call me coach.

I am a Naturopath and Master Coach and Trainer who has been working professionally in the health, fitness, wellness, and self-improvement industries for over 45 years across a huge and diverse section of the human population.

Throughout my career, I’ve coached and trained tens of thousands of people, including multiple Australian and World Natural Bodybuilding Champions, to weight loss of the year recipients, to everyday individuals seeking self-improvement, motivation and guidance. 

My professional journey has included roles as a Gym Owner, Natural Bodybuilding Coach, Naturopath, Weight Loss Consultant, Corporate Motivational and Productivity Coach, and Nutritional Advisor-Teacher-Lecturer; and I have loved every minute of it.

I have personally written this entire program, and everything I have written – the concepts and theories and practical advice, are based on all the collective experiences and knowledge that I have gained over the past forty-five years.

I have put my entire life into this field of practice, and my reasoning and motivation for choosing this field of work has remained the same across my entire career: to assist people to live healthy, fulfilling, and productive lives.

You are here to do just that. You are here to take control of your health and well-being, and together we are going to achieve exactly that.

What would I be doing?

One Day At A Time…

The only thing you have to do while following the Humble Diet program is to do exactly that: follow the program.

If you can do that, then I can assure you that if you go through this program with an open mind and an open heart, and you apply yourself to the principles that I am putting forward, you will succeed in transforming your health, well-being, and vitality.

Simple as that.

What won’t I have to do?

You won’t have to: count or record calories/kilojoules.

You won’t have to: count or cut out carbohydrates, fat, protein.

You won’t have to: fast, intermittent, or otherwise.

You won’t have to: do an exhaustive exercise program.

You won’t have to: prepare complex meals.

You won’t have to: follow an elaborate or limiting eating system or philosophy.

You won’t have to: purchase expensive pre-prepared meals.

You won’t have to: worry as to whether you are meeting your daily nutrient requirements.

You won’t have to: concern yourself with anything food or exercise related other than following the humble diet’s program guidelines.

I have specifically and intentionally removed anything and everything that you don’t need to know or do to achieve your goal of maximising your wellness.

And the things I have included in the program are only there because I believe they are absolutely essential to assist you in achieving your goals.

Note: The Humble Diet principles are based around an omnivore diet, which means it includes foods from all the various food groups; as is needed.

Should you have special needs, then you would need to consider a custom program.
