What is the Humble Diet?
The Humble Diet is an opportunity to reconnect your body, mind and spirit with how and what you think and feel about food and eating and the vital importance it plays in your life.
Not only will you lose weight on this 7 week Journey, which you will, but also, by treating your body with the nutritional respect that it needs and deserves, you will experience a profound and visceral change in your energy, health, and overall sense of wellbeing.
Hello, I am Martyn Park: Welcome.
I have been working professionally in the Health and Fitness industry for over 45 years as a Naturopath, Weight Loss Consultant, Gym Owner, and Master Coach and Trainer.
I have created The Humble Diet with the sole purpose of assisting as many people as possible to take control of their diet, health, weight, and wellbeing.
Simple as that.
What would I have to do?
One Day At A Time…
The Humble Diet 7 week Wellness + Weight-Loss Journey is broken down into 49 single daily steps. With each step opening up to you on a day by day basis, that way keeping the rhythm of the journey doable and manageable.
And every day of your journey, I will provide you with a single step to keep you inspired, focused, and on track.
And all the while, you will be following the simple instructions of the Humble Diet plan, which will be allowing you to reset your weight to a new and healthy level while also rejuvenating and revitalising your body and mind.
What won’t I have to do?
You won’t have to: count or record calories/kilojoules.
You won’t have to: count or cut out carbohydrates, fat, protein.
You won’t have to: fast, intermittent, or otherwise.
You won’t have to: do an exhaustive exercise program.
You won’t have to: prepare complex meals.
You won’t have to: follow an elaborate or limiting eating system or philosophy.
You won’t have to: purchase expensive pre-prepared meals.
You won’t have to: worry as to whether you are meeting your daily nutrient requirements.
You won’t have to: concern yourself with anything food or exercise related other than following the humble diet’s program guidelines.
I have specifically and intentionally removed anything and everything that you don’t need to know or do to achieve your goal of wellness + weight-loss.
And the things I have included in the program are only there because I believe they are absolutely essential to assist you on your journey.
Note: The Humble Diet principles are based around an omnivore diet, which means it includes foods from all the various food groups; as is needed.
Should you have special needs and you would like to participate in the 7 week Journey, then you would need to consider a custom program.
What would I get?
If you commit to seeing the Journey through to the end, then you will get something that very few people ever manage to achieve in their lives; you will have taken control of your own health, well-being, physical identity and sense of self, and that is a priceless.
But… if that’s not enough, then…

Who is it for?
I believe everyone would benefit by participating and completing The Humble Diet 7 Week Wellness + Weight-Loss Journey.
Even if your only objective is to increase your overall health and well-being, as you feel you don’t need to lose any weight, I would still recommend that you complete the 7 week journey, as this journey is much, much more than just weight-loss.
It is your opportunity to allow your body to reset itself, while also setting you up for long-term health and wellness.
I have created this journey to run over a 7 week period to allow for a resetting of your habits and behaviours. And if you follow the program and stick to the guidelines as closely as possible, then this new way of eating and thinking and living will become your new normal.
Also, from a purely nutritional perspective, seven weeks is long enough for your body to become in balance with all the micronutrients that you will have been missing out on, so…
