What is The Diet Aid?
The Diet Aid DIY Education program is a simple, concise and easy to understand set of keys-tools-aids that I have custom designed and integrated together into one short education program to assist you in achieving all the knowledge that you will need to be able to take control of your health, weight, and overall wellbeing.
It has been designed to inspire, motivate, educate and empower, by giving you the tools you want and need to allow you to make the safest and fastest possible progress, and, most importantly, lasting results.
Plus, it is completely diet agnostic in that all the information and advice works just as well within any diet or eating regime, preference, belief, or choice, so however you choose to eat, you are covered; respect to all.
Why should I listen to You?
Hello, I am Martyn Park, you can call me coach.
I am a Naturopath and Master Coach and Trainer who has been working professionally in the health, fitness, wellness, and self-improvement industries for over 46 years across a huge and diverse section of the human population.
Throughout my career, I’ve coached and trained tens of thousands of people, including Australian and World Natural Bodybuilding Champions, to weight loss of the year recipients, to everyday individuals seeking self-improvement, motivation and guidance.
My professional journey has included roles as a Gym Owner, Natural Bodybuilding Coach, Naturopath, Weight Loss Consultant, Corporate Motivational and Productivity Coach, and Nutritional Advisor-Teacher-Lecturer; and I have loved every minute of it.
I have personally written this entire program, and everything I have written – the concepts and theories and practical advice, are based on all the collective experiences and knowledge that I have gained over the past forty-five years.
I have put my entire life into this field of practice, and my reasoning and motivation for choosing this field of work has remained the same across my entire career: to assist people to live healthy, fulfilling, and productive lives.
